Pizza Thief

Pizza Thief is a newer kid to the block, now serving up some of the best pizzas in Portland!

I discovered them purely by chance in my DoorDash app and I saw they were very highly rated and had a gluten free crust. Sold!

I went with the Hot Tony pizza as my first order, which I highly recommend if you like a spicy pie! Also delicious is the Wildwood pizza, which is vegetarian and loaded with earthy mushrooms, but I highly recommend adding fennel sausage to take this one to the next level.

The crust is fluffy and crispy and toppings super flavorful. Pizza Thief is one of the best gluten free pizza places in town at the moment!

There are actually now 3 locations around Portland to get Pizza Thief pizza. Their location on NW Vaughn, or their new spot on Division are the places to go if you are gluten free and want a gluten free pie and gluten free alcoholic beverage. They also serve at Great Notion brewery, but it is currently unclear from their website whether the gluten free pizzas are offered there at all.

My previous experience at Great Notion before Pizza Thief took over for the food was pretty poor for gluten free. If I remember correctly, nachos were the only thing on the menu I could somewhat safely eat and they had no gluten free alcoholic beverages in the building at all - not even canned wine or something in the fridge - this was around 2023.

I would love to hear feedback if anyone has been the Great Notion location lately and can speak to whether there are currently gluten free offerings for food or beverage.
